Units are used, but with very low hours on them. We are selling them because we have moved our Data Center in to a new location with three 15 Ton Liebert Deluxe System 3 Units. www.areanetworks.com
Purchased in June of 2006 for a cost of $18,000.00
Units were taken out of service on June 2nd 2008,  and we have just been waiting for the OK to sell them.
Each Unit has a Condensation Pump in it.
Each Unit has a remote with wall bracket for storage.
Basic Specs:
Cooling: 10,000 BTU/hr
Refrigerant: R-22
Uses standard line voltage: 115VAC Single Phase, 10 amps, 1.1Kw,  60Hz

Warranty:
All four units are guaranteed to be 100% fully operational.  You may run them as long as you like when you come to pick them up, but once we have released them to you to and you begin to move them we can longer be held accountable.
